At Emporium Armani Bangkok, every bespoke garment is individually crafted based on the body measurements, posture references, fitting photos, and styling preferences submitted by the customer.

By placing an order, you acknowledge full responsibility for ensuring that all submitted information is accurate and up to date.

Measurement Accuracy

Customers are solely responsible for the accuracy of all measurements submitted through our website, measurement forms, virtual consultations, or uploaded documents.

Incorrect chest, waist, shoulder, sleeve, inseam, or other sizing data may directly affect the final fit of your garment.

Uploaded Fitting Photos

If you provide front, side, or back fitting photos, it is your responsibility to ensure the images are clear, recent, and taken according to our instructions.

Poor lighting, loose clothing, incorrect angles, camera distortion, or outdated photos may affect the precision of our tailoring recommendations.

Body Changes After Ordering

We are not responsible for fit issues resulting from body weight changes, muscle gain/loss, posture changes, pregnancy, medical conditions, or any physical changes occurring after measurements are submitted.

Fit Preference Differences

Fit expectations may vary from person to person. Preferences such as slim fit, classic fit, relaxed fit, extra room, or fashion-forward silhouettes are subjective.

Small differences in personal preference do not automatically indicate a tailoring defect.

International Customer Disclaimer

For international clients who cannot attend an in-person fitting, the final garment fit depends entirely on the accuracy of remote measurements and uploaded posture references.

Minor local alterations may sometimes be necessary after delivery.

Alteration Support

Where feasible, Emporium Armani may provide alteration guidance or fitting support for genuine tailoring adjustments.

However, garments produced from inaccurate customer measurements may not qualify for complimentary corrections.

No Guarantee of Identical Reference Fit

Reference images, inspiration photos, celebrity looks, and sample garments are used as style guidance only.

Final fit may vary depending on your body shape, posture, selected fabric, garment construction, and movement allowance.

By submitting measurements and placing an order, you accept that minor fit variations are a natural part of bespoke tailoring, especially for first-time remote orders.
