Production time depends on the garment type, fabric selection, and fitting requirements. Most bespoke garments require multiple tailoring stages before delivery.

Because bespoke garments are individually crafted to your measurements, they are generally final sale. Alteration support is available for fitting concerns.
Yes. Non-custom accessories may be eligible for return if unused and in original condition within the allowed return window.
